Objective To study and analyze the clinical significance of combined transcranial Doppler and carotid ultrasound on cerebral infarction. METHODS: A total of 50 patients with cerebral infarction admitted from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study group, and another 50 patients with healthy physical examination were taken as the control group, and the combined cranial Doppler and carotid ultrasound examination was performed on them. Results: Compared with the control group, the IMT,CCA,ICA,carotid atheroma detection rate and abnormal flow velocity indexes were significantly better in the study group. The difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Combined transcranial Doppler and carotid ultrasound can effectively detect disease in patients with cerebral infarction, and it is very meaningful for clinical application in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.
