Objective To analyze the clinical diagnosis value of D-dimer and coagulation index in the diagnosis of hypertensive patients during pregnancy. Methods: 37 patients with gestational hypertension from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study group. Among these patients,10 were preeclampsia,13 were preeclampsia, and 14 were eclampsia. Thirty-seven healthy pregnant patients in the same period were selected as the control group, all of whom were tested for D-dimer and coagulation index, and the levels of D-dimer and coagulation index in each group were analyzed. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of D-dimer and coagulation index in the study group were increased (P<0.05). Increased D-dimer and clotting index levels were compared in preeclampsia, preeclampsia and eclampsia (P<0.05),and increased in eclampsia compared with preeclampsia (P<0.05). Conclusion: The D-dimer and coagulation index can be used in the diagnosis of hypertensive patients during pregnancy with high accuracy, and has a high value of clinical promotion.
