Objective To analyze the specific effect of community rehabilitation nursing for patients with stroke sequelae. Methods: 361 patients with stroke sequelae who received rehabilitation care in our community from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study. The basic data of all patients were collected, and the SAS, SDS scores, quality of life and satisfaction after nursing were compared. Results: The SAS and SDS scores of patients before nursing were significantly higher than those after nursing (P; The scores of patients'' quality of life were significantly lower before nursing and significantly higher after nursing (P; Before nursing, patients'' living ability score was significantly lower; The score of patients'' living ability was significantly higher after nursing (P<0.05); After nursing, 320 patients were satisfied with the nursing work, with 88.64% satisfaction. Conclusion: Community rehabilitation nursing for patients with sequelae of stroke can effectively improve the quality of daily life of patients, effectively reduce their depression, anxiety and other adverse emotions, and accelerate their recovery.
