Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle method in hospital infection nursing management. Methods: A total of 90 inpatients in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given PDCA cycle method,and the nursing care between the two groups was compared. management effect. Results: The nosocomial infection in the research group was less than that in the control group (P＜0.05); the research group had scores of aseptic operation(21.82±3.51),disinfection and isolation (22.74±2.91),standardized hand washing (23.72±3.74),infection cognition (21.82±3.51) 22.36±4.69) score was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: PDCA cycle method used in hospital infection nursing can improve the quality of nursing management,reduce the occurrence of hospital infection,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
