摘要
目的:分析护士主导分组管理模式在血液透析护理质量中的作用.方法:选取2020年1月-2020年12月潍坊市中医院收治的血液透析患者总共68例为研究对象,依据随机数表法划分成对照组(予以常规护理)和观察组(开展护士主导分组管理)各34例,统计对比两组血液透析效果、不良事件和满意度评分情况.结果:观察组的血钙、血钾、血磷及白蛋白达标率高于对照组(P＜ 0.05).观察组的血栓生成、感染、功能不良、裂管以及机器故障等不良事件出现少于对照组(P＜ 0.05).观察组的满意度评分高于对照组(P ＜ 0.05).结论
Abstract
Objective To analyze the role of nurse led grouping management model in the quality of hemodialysis nursing.Methods: A total of 68 hemodialysis patients admitted to Weifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group (routine nursing) and the observation group (nurse led grouping management) with 34 cases each. The hemodialysis effect,adverse events and satisfaction scores of the two groups were statistically compared.Results: The standard rate of blood calcium,blood potassium,blood phosphorus and albumin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse events such as thrombosis,infection,poor function,tube rupture and machine failure in the observation group was less than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The nurse led grouping management mode can improve the dialysis effect and satisfaction of hemodialysis patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and is worth adopting.
