Objective To apply risk management in nursing management, evaluate its impact on nursing management quality and patient satisfaction, and summarize nursing experience. Methods: A total of 120 cases were all from patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020. Patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing management, while the observation group was treated with risk management on the basis of the control group. Anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) were evaluated before and after nursing, and the quality of nursing management was compared between the two groups. The satisfaction of patients was investigated, and the occurrence of risk events was followed up. Results: The SAS and SDS score data were all reduced after nursing compared with before nursing by statistical software processing,P value <0.05,the difference between the observation group and the control group was greater,P<0.05; The scores of nursing quality were significantly different between the observation group and the control group, the former was higher than the latter,P<0.05; The results of satisfaction classification showed that the total number of very satisfied and basically satisfied cases in the observation group was more than that in the control group, and the difference in satisfaction was calculated as P<0.05. The incidence of risk events in the two groups was lower than that in the observation group,P<0.05. Conclusion: Risk management can promote the improvement of patients'' negative emotions,is conducive to improving the quality of nursing management, and is an effective path to improve patients'' satisfaction and reduce risk events, which is worthy of promotion.
