Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying the comprehensive nursing mode in the operating room to control the infection at the operation site. Methods: From March 2019 to March 2021, 128 patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with an average of 64 patients. The effects were compared with the comprehensive nursing and routine nursing intervention in the operating room. Results: The infection, recovery and satisfaction of the operation site in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Through the application of the comprehensive nursing management model in the operating room, it can effectively reduce the infection at the surgical site of patients undergoing surgical treatment, ensure the prognosis, promote the postoperative recovery of patients, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients. It is of positive significance for treatment and recommended for clinical use.
