目的:评估乙型肝炎合并糖尿病患者实施延续性护理的临床效果.方法:选取46例乙型肝炎合并糖尿病患者,2020年1月至2020年11月,分组应用随机数字表法形式,2组均23例,对照组:常规护理,观察组:延续性护理,就组间临床指标加以比对.结果:护理前生化、血糖指标、生活质量分值未可见明显的组间差异性,期间差异性水平较低,P ＞ 0.05.观察组的乙型肝炎合并糖尿病护理后谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素较低、白蛋白较之于对照组得以提升,观察组的乙型肝炎合并糖尿病护理后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白较之于对
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of continuous nursing care for hepatitis B patients with diabetes. Methods: From January 2020 to November 2020, 46 patients with hepatitis B complicated with diabetes were divided into two groups by random number table. There were 23 patients in both groups. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given continuous care. The clinical indicators between the groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference between groups in biochemical, blood glucose and quality of life scores before nursing, and the difference level was low during the period (P＞0.05). After nursing care for hepatitis B patients with diabetes, the levels of alanine aminotransferase, glutamic oxaloacetic aminotransferase, total bilirubin and albumin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group; after nursing care for hepatitis B patients with diabetes, the fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group; after nursing care for hepatitis B patients with diabetes, the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, Compared with the control group (60.87％), patients with hepatitis B complicated with diabetes in the observation group (91.30％) had a better rate of living self-care ability, with a higher level of difference during the period (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The effect of continuous nursing care for hepatitis B patients with diabetes is definite.
