Objective To explore the effect of intensive perioperative nursing intervention on patients with gastric cancer after operation. Methods: A total of 90 patients with gastric cancer who received surgical treatment in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group (routine perioperative nursing intervention) and the observation group (intensive perioperative nursing intervention), with 45 cases in each group. Results: Compared with the control group, the time of exhaust, bowel sound recovery, ambulation and hospital stay in the observation group was shorter (P<0.05). After intervention, compared with the control group, the PaCO2 level and emotion (SDS/SAS) score of the observation group were lower, and the PaO2 level was higher (P<0.05). Compared with the two groups, the nursing satisfaction (observation group =95.56%/ control group =77.78%) was higher in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusions: The application of intensive perioperative nursing intervention for patients with gastric cancer surgery has an ideal effect, which can speed up the postoperative recovery of patients, improve the blood gas indicators and emotional state of patients, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, and the feasibility of promotion is high.
