Objective To explore the influence of fine operating room nursing on the postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life of elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods: 100 elderly patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from March 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group receiving routine operating room care and the study group using refined operating room care. Observe the rehabilitation of the two groups of patients and the impact on their quality of life. Results: The levels of Cor, NE and E in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group. The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Refined operating room nursing can effectively reduce the physiological stress reaction of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients, shorten the hospital stay of patients, thus improving the quality of life of patients, which is worth promoting.
