Objective To explore the effect of Neurology nursing on stroke rehabilitation nursing. Methods: 90 patients were selected as the study sample, and then divided into two groups by double-blind method, with 45 patients in each group. The routine group received routine nursing, and took different nursing measures. Finally, the nursing effect (effective rate), neurological status (NIHSS), living ability (Barthel), complications, psychological status (SAS, SDS) and other indicators of the two groups were compared to comprehensively evaluate the differences between the two nursing methods. Results: from the perspective of mental health, after nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the rehabilitation group were lower, indicating that the mental state of this group was better improved (P＜0.05). Conclusion: the effect of rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients is significant. It can not only improve the psychological, neurological and living ability of patients, but also reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the nursing safety of patients. This method has high application value and is worth popularizing and further studying.
