摘要

目的:将彩色多普勒超声技术应用在甲状腺结节患者当中,对其应用效果进行分析与探讨.方法:选取2021年9月-2022年8月我院甲状腺结节病患82例(98枚结节),对其进行彩色多普勒超声检查,并以随访确诊结果为依据,分析彩色多普勒超声对良恶性结节的鉴别效果,并分析不同性质及结节的超声影像学表现.结果:82例患者的98枚结节中随访确诊为良性70枚,恶性28枚.以随访确诊结果为金标准,彩色多普勒超声鉴别诊断良恶性结节的灵敏度为92.86%,特异度为82.14%,准确率为89.80%.良性结节的结节形态、回声、边界

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of color Doppler ultrasound in patients with thyroid nodules. Methods: 82 patients (98 nodules) with thyroid sarcoidosis in our hospital from September 2021 to August 2022 were selected for color Doppler ultrasound examination. Based on the follow-up diagnosis results, the differential effect of color Doppler ultrasound on benign and malignant nodules was analyzed, and the ultrasonic imaging manifestations of different properties and nodules were analyzed. Results:Of the 98 nodules in 82 patients, 70 were benign and 28 were malignant. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules were 92.86%, 82.14% and 89.80% respectively. The shape, echo, boundary, calcification and blood flow of benign nodules were significantly different from those of malignant nodules (P<0.05). Resistance index (RI), pulsatility index (PI) and diastolic minimum blood flow velocity (D) of malignant nodules were significantly higher than those of benign nodules (P<0.05). Conclusion: According to the ultrasonic manifestations of thyroid nodules with different natures, it can provide important reference for clinical differentiation of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
