Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with renal failure undergoing hemodialysis. Methods: 58 patients with renal failure who were treated with hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were randomly selected. The subjects were divided into control group and study group by numerical table method. The nursing mode applied in the control group was basic nursing, while the study group was continuous nursing. The bad emotions, quality of life and self-management ability of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of self-management ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group (t=6.448, P<0.001; t=5.946, P<0.001; t=8.856, P<0.001; t=11.411, P<0.001); The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group (t=4.274, P<0.001; t=3.632, P=0.001); The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(t=17.064, P<0.001; t=14.023, P<0.001; t=13.474, P<0.001; t=9.615, P<0.001; t=15.517, P<0.001; t=15.845, P<0.001). Conclusion: Continuous nursing has a significant effect in the nursing of patients with renal failure. The quality of life of patients during hemodialysis treatment has been improved, which is conducive to easing the bad mood of patients, maintaining a positive attitude, and improving their self-care ability.
