Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with spinal fracture after operation. Methods: 62 patients with spinal fracture who underwent surgical treatment from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into routine group (n=31) and observation group (n=31) according to the method of random number table. Routine nursing and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing were given respectively. Compare the application effect of the two groups of patients. Results: The negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the routine group, and the nursing compliance was higher than that of the routine group (P<0.05); The neurological function score and improvement effect of the observation group were higher than those of the conventional group (P<0.05); The lower limb pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group (P<0.05); The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can reduce the pain degree of lower limbs in patients with spinal fracture after operation, and the prevention effect of deep vein thrombosis is good, which can be considered to be actively promoted.
