Methods: A total of 100 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who were admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were equally divided according to the grouping method of random number table. The 50 cases in the control group were given conventional care and the 50 cases in the research group were given personalized care. The bleeding time and bleeding volume in the two groups were analyzed and compared. The anxiety and depression (SAS and SDS) self-rating scale and the comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire (GQOLI-74) were used to assess the psychological adverse emotions and the improvement of quality of life before and after care. Results The duration and volume of bleeding in the study group were (11.32±1.78) d and (110.29±12.59)ml, respectively, both shorter and less than those in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores in the research group were (37.63±3.71) and (36.93±3.88) respectively, lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Besides, the scores of physical function, psychological function, material state and social function in the research group after nursing were (71.48±8.71), (69.94±8.38), (76.26±7.80) and (75.57±8.63), respectively, higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
