Objective To strengthen the rehabilitation nursing intervention combined with psychological nursing on the rehabilitation of limb function of hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 76 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study, and they were divided into routine group and experimental group with 38 cases respectively according to the method of digital random table. The former was given psychological nursing intervention, while the latter was given intensive rehabilitation nursing intervention combined with psychological nursing. The scores of mental state, neurological function, motor function and daily self-care ability were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results: After intervention, the scores of psychological status, neural function, motor function and daily self-care ability of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before intervention, and the experimental group was higher than the conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of intensive rehabilitation nursing intervention combined with psychological nursing care for patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia is significant. It can relieve the patients'' negative emotions, improve the limb function and recover to the normal level, with a good prognosis.
