Objective To investigate the effect of different proportions of etomidate propofol mixture in painless gastroscopy. Methods: 110 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy in our hospital were anesthetized with propofol etomidate mixture from May 2020 to May 2022. They were divided into group A and group B according to the different dosage of drugs. The composition ratio of anesthetics was 10mg: 1mg and 10mg: 2mg respectively. The duration of anesthesia and vital signs of each group were counted and the effect of anesthesia was evaluated. Results: 1) Compared with group A, the anesthesia time (induction time, examination time, etc.) of group B was shorter, and the level of vital signs (heart rate, mean arterial pressure) was higher (P<0.05). 2) Compared with group A, group B had higher scores in cognitive function and intelligence (P<0.05). 3) After anesthesia, there were 5 cases of adverse reactions in group B (9.10%), which was lower than that in group A (23.63%) (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of propofol etomidate mixture with a ratio of 10mg to 2mg in painless gastroscopy can not only shorten the induction time of anesthesia, but also maintain stable hemodynamics; It can also improve cognitive function and reduce adverse reactions, which is worth promoting.
