Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in operating room in internal fixation of lower extremity fractures. Methods 80 cases of lower limb fracture internal fixation in our hospital in recent years were selected. According to the random number table method, these patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Routine nursing and comprehensive nursing in the operating room were used to explore the treatment cooperation degree, postoperative situation and complication rate of the two groups. Results the treatment cooperation degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05); The out of bed time, hospital stay and healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P＜0.05); Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS score, SDS score and VAS score between the two groups (P＞0.05); After nursing, the SAS score, SDS score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion In the internal fixation operation of lower limb fracture, the comprehensive nursing in the operating room can improve the cooperation degree of patients in treatment, shorten the time of patients'' various symptom indexes, and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
