Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on hypertension patients with coronary heart disease during nursing and its influence on SDS score. Methods: From March 2021 to May 2022, a total of 78 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected for research and analysis. Based on the random number table method, the subjects were divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, with 39 patients in each group. Routine nursing intervention was implemented in the control group, and comprehensive nursing intervention was implemented in the observation group. Blood pressure, blood lipid level, clinical treatment effect and SDS score improvement were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05); After nursing, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglycerides in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SDS score among the groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the SDS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention during the nursing period for patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease is outstanding, which can improve the blood pressure level and blood lipid index level of patients, and is conducive to the improvement of treatment effect and SDS score. It is suggested that the comprehensive nursing intervention be widely used in clinical practice.
