Objective To explore and analyze the predictive nursing care of ICU patients with severe nursing effects and its complications rate. Methods: A total of 100 cases of severe patients in ICU from October 2019 to October 2020 were equally divided according to the grouping method of random number table, 50 cases in the control group were given conventional care and 50 cases in the research group were given predictive care. The psychological and emotional changes of patients were assessed by self-rating anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) scales, and the complications of patients were observed. Finally, the nursing satisfaction of patients was investigated. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the research group were (39.83±3.61) and (40.37±4.05) respectively, which were lower than those of patients in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.00%, which was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing care in the research group was 98.00%, which was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of predictive nursing care in ICU critical patients after clinical nursing can effectively improve the psychological bad mood of patients and reduce the risk of complications, which is conducive to the improvement of nursing satisfaction, worthy of promotion.
