Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Zhimikang suppository combined with azithromycin in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods: 80 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to Sishui County People''s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with azithromycin, and the study group was treated with Zhimikang suppository. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the study group (95.00%) was higher than that of the control group (77.50%) (P<0.05); After treatment, IL-6 and TNF in both groups- α、 CRP levels were lower than before treatment, and IL-6, TNF in the study group- α、 The CRP level was lower than that of the control group, and the immune function index was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups, P>0.05; The recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the follow-up half year (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Zhimikang Suppository and Azithromycin can effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction of the body, alleviate the patient''s condition, enhance the clinical treatment effect, reduce disease recurrence, and has high safety, which can be widely used.
