Objective To explore the effect of glutamine combined with ulastatin in patients with sepsis. Methods: 180 sepsis patients admitted from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into 90 patients from the study group and the reference group. The reference group adopted ulinastatin, and the study group added alanine-glutamine to the reference group. Comparing the two groups, recovery, immunity and levels of inflammatory factors. Results: The overall response rate in the study group was 84.44%, which was higher than 70.00% in the reference group (P <0.05). After treatment, the APACHE Ⅱ score was lower than the reference group; mechanical ventilation and length of stay were lower than the reference group; IL-6 and TNF- α levels in both groups decreased than before treatment, and IgA and IgG levels increased than before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Glutamine and ulinastatin can improve the efficacy and immune function of patients, improve the body circulation, and accelerate the recovery of patients, which is worth promoting.
