目的:探讨短效避孕药治疗计划生育手术后出血的临床疗效.方法:选择2019年3月到2021年10月期间医院收治的计划生育手术后出血患者80例作为研究对象,随机数字抽签分为2组各40例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上给予短效避孕药治疗,观察术后恢复情况及并发症发生情况,测评月经症状、子宫参数及卵巢功能.结果:观察组出血持续时间、疼痛持续时间、子宫出血量、月经复潮时间显著低于对照组(P ＜ 0.05).观察组并发症发生率为10.00％,显著低于对照组30.00％(P ＜ 0.05).治疗后,观察组DQ
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of short acting contraceptives in the treatment of bleeding after family planning operations. Methods: 80 patients with bleeding after family planning surgery who were admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups by digital lottery, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine drug treatment. On this basis, the observation group was given short acting contraceptives, observed the postoperative recovery and complications, and evaluated the menstrual symptoms, uterine parameters and ovarian function. Results: The duration of bleeding, the duration of pain, the amount of uterine bleeding, and the time of menstruation recovery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00％, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (30.00％, P＜0.05). After treatment, the DQ score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the endometrial thickness and PI were significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, FSH, LH, AMH and other ovarian function indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while E2 was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Short acting contraceptives on the basis of conventional drugs can speed up the recovery time, reduce the amount of bleeding and complications, improve the menstrual status and ovarian function of patients with bleeding after family planning surgery, and reflect the highly effective effect, which is worth promoting.
