目的:分析探讨甲状腺癌中医分型与超声表现的相关性.方法:选取我院2019年3月～2021年3月收治的甲状腺癌患者108例作为研究对象,针对患者手术前的超声表现结果进行回顾性分析,对比患者中医分型与超声表现之间的相关性.结果:甲状腺癌患者的中医证型与超声表现对比,在边界、内部流血方面无较大差异,在回声、形状、钙化方面有一定的差异,P ＜ 0.05统计学有意义.痰瘀互结型在超声影像中表现为低回声、形状不规则、微钙化;淤热伤阴患者的超声影像表现为低回声、混合回声较多、形状不规则、无钙化;肝郁气滞型的超声表现为混
Abstract
Objective To analyze and explore the correlation between thyroid cancer TCM staging and ultrasound performance. METHODS: One hundred and eight patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as study subjects, and the correlation between patients'' TCM staging and ultrasound performance was retrospectively analyzed with respect to their pre-surgical ultrasound performance results. RESULTS: There was no major difference between the TCM staging and ultrasound presentation of thyroid cancer patients in terms of boundary and internal bleeding, and there were some differences in echogenicity, shape and calcification, with P＜0.05 statistically significant. The phlegm and stasis type showed hypoechoic, irregular shape, and microcalcifications in ultrasound images; the ultrasound images of patients with siltheat injury to yin showed hypoechoic, more mixed echogenicity, irregular shape, and no calcification; the ultrasound of liver-depression and qi-stagnation type showed mixed echogenicity, regular shape, and coarse calcification. Conclusion: The TCM evidence pattern of thyroid cancer is very complicated, and there are often two different TCM evidence patterns in the unified pathological manifestation, so it can be combined with ultrasound examination to improve the accuracy of thyroid cancer diagnosis, and the combination of TCM evidence and ultrasound examination can effectively reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and underdiagnosis of thyroid cancer and lay a good foundation for early diagnosis.
