Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cold heat-clearing tablets in the treatment of common cold. Methods: 100 cold patients admitted to the hospital were selected, and 50 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group used cold heat-clearing tablet, and the control group used Jinhua clear feeling granule. Results: The overall response rate of the treatment group was 94% and 62%, statistically different (P <0.05). The clinical symptoms of the two groups, including headache, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, and cough, were not different (P> 0.05); the antipyretic time of the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); the duration of clinical symptoms between the treatment and control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Cold heat-clearing tablet has a good effect on the treatment of the common cold, and significantly improves the clinical symptoms caused by the cold.
