Objective To analyze the clinical value of emergency nursing in patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods: 94 patients undergoing cardiopulmonary resuscitation admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects, and randomly selected. They were divided into control group and research group by the digital odd even method, with 47 patients in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with basic nursing intervention control group and emergency nursing intervention research group, and their satisfaction with nursing, quality of life and adverse events were evaluated. Results: The quality of life scores of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group (t=15.873, P<0.001; t=9.025, P<0.001; t=11.287, P<0.001; t=17.049, P<0.001); The satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group (χ2=6.114, P=0.013); The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group (χ2=4.967, P=0.026). Conclusion: Emergency nursing has a significant effect on patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events, improve the quality of life of patients, improve patients'' awareness of disease, enhance treatment compliance, and actively promote patients'' rehabilitation.
