Objective This article is mainly to explore the effect and nursing experience of pressing midwifery during delivery. Methods: The study subjects selected 82 parturients from our hospital from November, 2021 to November, 2022. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table. Each group had 41 parturients. The reference group and the study group were named as reference group and study group, Finally, the nursing effect, the second stage of labor time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: In terms of nursing effect, the natural delivery rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group; The number of vaginal laceration cases was less than that of the reference group, and the neonatal asphyxia rate was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05); The time of the second stage of labor in the study was significantly lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05); The satisfaction rate of nursing care in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The method of pressing midwifery can significantly improve the natural delivery rate of parturients, reduce the probability of neonatal asphyxia and vaginal tears, improve nursing satisfaction, and help parturients to have a smooth delivery. The effect is worthy of affirmation and can be popularized.
