Objective To study and analyze the value of individualized nursing in the clinical nursing process of cholelithiasis surgery. Methods: From March 2019 to April 2021, 100 patients with gallstone surgery were treated. 100 patients with gallstone were divided into the control group and the research group according to the table analysis method. 50 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, and 50 patients in the research group received individualized nursing intervention. The total effectiveness of clinical nursing, improvement of analyzed. In clinical nursing, the group with stronger total effectiveness of clinical nursing in the comparison group and the research group was the research group, P＜0.05; Clinical quality of life score: the group with better clinical quality of life score was the study group, P＜0.05; In clinical nursing, the group with very satisfied nursing and more satisfied people was the study group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical nursing of patients with gallstone surgery, the adoption of individualized nursing can improve the total effectiveness of clinical nursing and the total satisfaction of clinical nursing, and can promote the improvement of the clinical life quality score of patients.
