Objective To analyze and study the application value of high-quality severe medical care in the clinical nursing of patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 54 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were randomly selected from the range of study objects, and were divided into the control group and the study group by the double color ball method. The patients in the control group were intervened in the basic nursing mode, and the patients in the study group were intervened in the high-quality severe medical care mode. The patients in the two groups were compared in their satisfaction with nursing, NIHSS scores and complications. Results: The nursing satisfaction scores of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=7.020, P＜0.001; t=7.040, P＜0.001; t=5.153, P＜0.001; t=5.365, P＜0.001; t=5.059, P＜0.001); NIHSS scores of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t=10.056, P＜0.001); The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (χ2=5.283, P=0.022). Conclusion: The application of high-quality severe medical care can effectively reduce the complications of patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage, help improve the neurological impairment of patients, and can improve patients'' satisfaction with nursing services, build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, which can be used and promoted.
