Objective To study the problems in intravenous drug preparation in our hospital and propose corresponding solutions.Methods: Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the data of nursing errors in intravenous drug preparation in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020. Results: The retrospective analysis method was used to analyze the errors in intravenous drug preparation nursing in our hospital. The main causes of errors were found to be the review of medical orders, the confirmation of medical orders by nursing staff, the arrangement and preparation of drugs and nursing, and the verification of finished products.Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the study of pharmacology knowledge and drug instructions of medical staff for intravenous drug preparation, enhance their compliance with professional ethics, promote the enhancement of the sense of responsibility of medical staff, reduce the bad behavior of medical staff, minimize the possibility of errors, and ensure high safety factor and strong efficacy of drugs.
