品管圈在提高ICU患者肠内营养规范执行中的应用

摘要

目的:将品管圈(QCC)运用于ICU患者肠内营养中,探讨对其规范执行率的影响.方法:以2021年04月1日-2021年9月30日为QCC活动时间,由淄博市妇幼保健院的8名医护人员组成QCC,并开展对肠内营养执行规范性的改善活动.以活动前本院重症医学科中的ICU肠内营养患者共计100例作为对照组,以活动后的ICU肠内营养患者共计100例作为观察组.以组间的肠内营养规范执行概率为比较指标.结果:比较组间的肠内营养规范执行概率,观察组更高(P < 0.05).结论:QCC能够显著提升ICU患者胃肠内营养的规范执

Abstract

Objective To apply the quality tube circle (QCC) to the enteral nutrition of ICU patients, and to explore the influence on its standard implementation rate. Methods: From April 1,2021 to September 30,2021, as the QCC activity time, QCC was composed of 8 medical staff from Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and to improve the standardization of enteral nutrition. A total of 100 ICU enteral nutrition patients in the intensive care department of our hospital before the activity were used as the control group, and 100 post active ICU enteral nutrition patients were taken as the observation group. The probability of performing the enteral nutrition specification between the groups was used as a comparison index. Results: Enteral nutrition specification execution probability was compared between groups and higher in the observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion: QCC can significantly improve the standard implementation rate of gastrointestinal nutrition in ICU patients, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce patients'' pain and economic burden, improve the ability of medical staff to solve problems and use quality control tools, enhance team cohesion and so on.
