目的:观察心理护理对妇科阴道炎患者不良情绪、生活质量的影响.方法:将73例妇科阴道炎患者按照数字随机表法分为对照组36例和观察组37例,对照组实施护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加入心理护理干预.对比两组干预前后患者心理状态、炎性阴道微生态指标水平、免疫功能及生活质量的影响.结果:两组患者干预后不良情绪评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05).两组患者干预后炎性阴道微生态指标水平、免疫功能均优于干预前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05).两组患者干预后生
Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of psychological nursing on the bad mood and quality of life of patients with gynecological vaginitis. Methods: 73 patients with gynecologic vaginitis were randomly divided into control group (36 cases) and observation group (37 cases) according to the number random table method. The control group received nursing intervention, and the observation group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The effects of psychological status, inflammatory vaginal microecological index, immune function and quality of life of patients in the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results: The scores of bad emotions in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After the intervention, the level of inflammatory vaginal microecological indicators and immune function of the two groups were better than those before the intervention, and the observation group was better than the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing intervention for patients with gynecological vaginitis has a significant effect, which can effectively relieve the patients'' bad mood, improve the quality of life, and promote early recovery.
