Objective To analyze the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity and other data differences of transabdominal B-ultrasonography in the diagnosis of patients with closed injury of abdominal parenchyma organs. Methods: 50 patients suspected of closed injury of abdominal parenchyma viscera received by our hospital were taken as the research object (December 01, 2020 to December 01, 2022). The patients were diagnosed by abdominal B-ultrasonography. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of the treatment were analyzed with the surgical pathology diagnosis as the gold standard. Results: The pathological diagnosis showed that 40 cases were positive and 10 cases were negative, accounting for 80.00% and 20.00% respectively; There was little difference in accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of abdominal B-ultrasound diagnosis and surgical pathology diagnosis, and the comparative analysis was meaningless (P>0.05). Conclusion: Transabdominal B ultrasound has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of disease diagnosis, and has a positive significance for the implementation of follow-up targeted treatment measures.
