Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of cardiac ultrasound in patients with hypertension combined with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. METHODS: Forty-five patients with hypertension combined with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 (observation group) were selected, and 45 patients with hypertension alone included in the same period (control group) were selected, and cardiac ultrasound examinations were performed in both groups to compare the examination results. RESULTS: All cardiac ultrasound indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of cardiac ultrasound technology in the examination of patients with hypertension combined with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation is beneficial to clarify the condition of patients and promote the treatment and recovery of the disease, and its clinical application is very effective.
