Abstract
Objective To investigate the status and results of personal dose monitoring of radiation and intervention workers in Xishui County. Methods: Personal dose monitoring data of radiation and intervention workers in Xishui County from January 2019 to June 2022 were collected. Results: There was no significant difference in the number of employers in Xishui County from 2019 to 2022. The number of people monitored and the proportion of the four monitoring cycles increased with the increase of the number of people monitored. The number of people monitored, the number of people monitored and the proportion of the four monitoring cycles in 2021 was the highest, and the proportion of the four monitoring cycles in each year was compared (P<0.05); The total collective annual dose of 584 staff members was 410.79 mSv, the annual effective dose was 0.86 mSv/a, the annual effective dose was<1 mSv/a for 412, 1~mSv/a for 169, and ≥ 2 mSv/a for 3. The comparison of the annual effective dose between different ages, working years, and occupational categories was statistically significant (P<0.05); The results of eye lenses of 105 radiation intervention workers showed that the total annual effective dose was 47.62%, 43.81%, 12.38% and 6.67%, respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion: The annual effective dose of radiation and interventional workers in Xishui County is at a low level and does not exceed the management target value; The effective dose of older and older workers is relatively large, which can be used for key monitoring; The effective dose of eye lens of personnel with large workload is relatively high, so the management of wearing protective equipment can be more standardized, and long-term monitoring of eye lens dose can be carried out.
