Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-dimensional management model on hand hygiene management of medical staff. Methods: 96 doctors and nurses working in our hospital were randomly selected as the research object, and the traditional management model was implemented from January 2021 to December 2021 as the reference group; From January 2022 to November 2022, the multi-dimensional management model will be implemented as an observation group; To compare the hand hygiene of medical staff and the infection of hospital patients under different management modes. Results: The hand hygiene implementation rate of nurses, doctors, technicians and workers in the observation group was higher (χ2=4.786, P=0.028; χ2=5.638, P=0.017; χ2=3.968, P=0.046; χ2=5.844, P=0.015); The correct rate of hand hygiene implementation in the observation group was higher (χ2=4.570, P=0.032); The qualified rate of microorganism test in the observation group was higher (χ2=4.725, P=0.029); The hospital infection rate, MRSA detection rate and infection rate of key sites in the observation group were lower (χ2=7.414, P=0.006; χ2=6.250, P=0.012; χ2=11.281, P=0.000). Conclusion: The implementation of multi-dimensional hand hygiene management model for medical staff can improve the implementation of hand hygiene of medical staff, improve the qualification rate of hand hygiene microorganism detection, reduce the hospital infection rate, and has clinical application value.
