With the gradual improvement of modern medical level, the treatment of pediatric urinary calculi has also shown a trend of diversification and individualization, and more and more minimally invasive treatment methods have gradually replaced the traditional open surgery. However, the advantages and disadvantages of various minimally invasive surgery in children with urinary calculi are different. Therefore, it is particularly important to choose a reasonable treatment method for children with urinary calculi, which requires clinicians to study various minimally invasive treatment methods for urinary calculi. This article mainly analyzed the basic situation, treatment effect and complications of the clinical application of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, ureteroscope laser lithotripsy, percutaneous nephroscope laser lithotripsy and laparoscopic lithotripsy in children with urinary calculi.
