摘要
目的:对比了解液体活检指导下的精准治疗对于非小细胞肺癌患者的临床应用效果与价值.方法:选取82例非小细胞肺癌患者根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组与观察组并进行回顾性分析,其中对照组患者接受常规放疗化疗方案治疗,观察组患者在常规放化疗方案的基础上接受靶向治疗.结果:接受常规放疗化疗的对照组患者临床疗效中完全缓解、部分缓解、疾病进展、疾病稳定以及疾病控制率、客观缓解率分别为0(-)、23(56.10％)、5(12.20％)、13(31.71％)、36(87.80％)、23(56.10％),接受液体活检指导靶向治疗
Abstract
Objective To compare and understand the clinical application effect and value of precision therapy guided by liquid biopsy for patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods: 82 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment methods.The patients in the control group received conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the patients in the observation group received targeted therapy on the basis of conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Results:In the clinical efficacy of patients in the control group receiving conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy,the complete remission,partial remission,disease progression, disease stability,disease control rate and objective remission rate were 0(-),23(56.10％),5 (12.20％), 13(31.71％),36 (87.80％),23 (56.10％) respectively.The corresponding data of patients in the observation group receiving targeted treatment guided by liquid biopsy were 1 (2.44％),28 (68.29％),2 (4.88％),10 (24.39％) ,39(95.12％),29(70.73％);The progression free survival time and the total survival time of the patients in the control group receiving conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy were (0.58±0.09) years and (1.04±0.15) years, respectively.The corresponding time of the patients in the observation group receiving targeted therapy guided by liquid biopsy was (0.71±0.12) years and (1.52±0.18) years,respectively (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Compared with conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy,precision therapy guided by liquid biopsy is more effective for non-small cell lung cancer patients.
