Objective To analyze the effect of the combined application of intrapartum positional care and one-to-one responsibility delivery on the caesarean section rate.Methods: A total of 60 cases of maternal delivery data from January 2019 to January 2022 in a maternity hospital were included and divided into 2 groups, the control group underwent routine nursing and free position, and the observation group underwent postural nursing and one-to-one responsibility system, and the comprehensive nursing effect was compared.Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter duration of labor, less average blood loss, significantly lower cesarean section rate than the control group, and better delivery outcome than the control group (P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group and the control group were 100.00％ and 80.00％ (P＜0.05), respectively.Conclusion: Positional care combined with one-to-one responsibility delivery can improve the safety of maternal labor and the success rate of natural delivery, which is worth applying.
