Objective To explore the effect of combining biofeedback electrical stimulation with vaginal exercise during postpartum rehabilitation training. Methods: 100 parturients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, both n=50, and their basic data were comparable (P>0.05).The control group was given vaginal rehabilitation exercise, and the observation group was combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation and vaginal rehabilitation exercise to compare the pelvic floor muscle strength, the occurrence of pelvic floor dysfunction disease, the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function, and the satisfaction of nursing between the two groups. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 software. Results: ① Before the intervention, the MOS scores of the two groups were insignificant (P>0.05).After the intervention, the MOS scores of the observation group and the control group were higher than those before the intervention, and the MOS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).② The incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction (sexual dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, stress urinary incontinence) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). ③ Before the intervention, the scores of PFIQ-7 and PFDI-20 in the two groups were insignificant (P>0.05).After the intervention, the scores of PFIQ-7 and PFDI-20 in the observation group and the control group were lower than those before the intervention, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: During the postpartum rehabilitation training of pregnant women, the biofeedback electrical stimulation based on vaginal rehabilitation exercise can play a prominent role, not only improving the pelvic floor muscle strength, It can reduce the occurrence of pelvic floor dysfunction diseases, and has been recognized by patients with satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion and application.
