Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of patients with endocrine disorders in gynecological clinics.Methods: 78 patients with endocrine disorders were selected and divided into 39 patients in each group according to different treatment methods from August 2020 to August 2021.Among them, they were divided into control group (single western medicine treatment) and research group (traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment).The treatment effect, sex hormone index, disease symptom score and quality of life score of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results: Compared with the control group, the ratio of the study group and the control group was 94.87% and 64.10% respectively; Before treatment, the comparison of sex hormone indexes between the control group and the study group did not conform to the statistical difference (P>0.05); After treatment, the sex hormone index was compared with that of the control group, and the sex hormone index of the study group was optimized; The disease symptom score and quality of life score of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the comparison results between groups were consistent with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effect of the treatment of endocrine disorder patients in gynecological outpatient department is good, which can continuously improve the sex hormone indicators of patients and ensure the improvement of the quality of life of patients.
