Objective To study the influence of comprehensive nursing on the parturients of cesarean section.Methods:90 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were selected from January 2021 to December 2021.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.There were 45 parturients in each group.Routine nursing and comprehensive nursing were carried out respectively.Results:The lactation starting time and postoperative recovery time of the observation group were earlier than those of the control group,the total lactation rate was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of abdominal distension and other complications was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing for parturients of cesarean section can effectively improve their early lactation function,better prevent postoperative abdominal distension,reduce the incidence of complications,and also benefit the recovery of gastrointestinal function of parturients.
