Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on emotional regulation and satisfaction improvement of ICU patients.Methods: 105 ICU patients were selected from our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 to carry out a clinical study.Randomized grouping method was used to divide the subjects into control group (n=52, routine nursing) and observation group (n=53, psychological nursing intervention).The emotional state, satisfaction, disease cognition, comfort level and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results: After nursing, the scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) in observation group were lower than those in control group; The satisfaction, disease knowledge awareness, comfort score and quality of life score of observation group were higher than those of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion: The implementation of psychological nursing intervention in ICU patients can not only regulate patients'' emotions, but also enhance patients'' disease cognition, improve their comfort and quality of life, patients are very satisfied with nursing work, can be popularized.
