Objective To observe the effect of inhalation budesonide suspension combined with Yiqing capsule on chronic pharyngitis.Methods: 100 patients with chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into observation group (inhalation budesonide suspension combined with Yiqing capsule) and control group (inhalation budesonide suspension).Compare and analyze the data changes of therapeutic effect indicators of the two groups.Results: Among the indicators of therapeutic effectiveness, 10 cases in the observation group were cured, accounting for 20.00％, 25 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 50.00％, 12 cases were effective, accounting for 24.00％, 3 cases were ineffective, accounting for 6.00％, the total effective rate was 94.00％, 3 cases in the control group were cured, accounting for 6.00％, 20 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 40.00％, 14 cases were effective, accounting for 28.00％, 13 cases were ineffective, accounting for 26.00％, the total effective rate was 74.00％, The observation group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The combination of inhaled budesonide suspension and Yiqing capsule is effective in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.It can not only improve the level of serum inflammatory factors, but also play an important role in improving the level of lymphocyte subsets in serum.
