Objective To explore the risk factors that may lead to stress urinary incontinence after transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate, and provide support for medical staff to take measures to deal with it.Methods:300 patients with stress urinary incontinence were selected as the control group, and the same number of patients receiving treatment at the same time were selected as the observation group.Compare the data of the two groups to identify the differences between the data, and then identify the risk factors that may lead to stress urinary incontinence after surgery. Results:Among 300 patients, 21 patients developed stress urinary incontinence (7%); The main risk factors of stress urinary incontinence after transurethral holmium laser enucleation of prostate were age, diabetes, operation time and prostate volume. Conclusion:After transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate, patients are prone to stress urinary incontinence, resulting in postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life affected. Therefore, it is necessary to fully understand the risk factors that may lead to stress urinary incontinence, and take measures against the risk factors to improve the prognosis and ensure the patient''s quality of life.
