Methods: 200 parturients admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with n=100, and their basic data were comparable (P>0.05).The control group was given routine nursing management mode, and the observation group was given humanized management mode. The improvement of psychological status, nursing satisfaction, postpartum recovery of pelvic floor muscle function, and complications of the two groups were compared. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 software. Results: ① After the corresponding nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 84 (84.00%), and that of the observation group was 94 (94.00%), with a significant difference (χ2 value=5.107, P=0.024 < 0.05). ② The indexes of postpartum recovery of pelvic floor muscle function (vaginal contraction duration, pelvic floor muscle voltage, vaginal cross section muscle strength) in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05)..Conclusion: The outstanding clinical effect of applying humanized management mode to postpartum rehabilitation nursing can improve the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor muscle function, improve the psychological state of patients, reduce the occurrence of various complications, obtain the satisfactory approval of patients, and is worth popularizing.
