摘要
目的:研究对在门诊接受药物治疗的患者实施全面药学服务干预的效果.方法:选择2021年1月-2022年6月在我院接受药物治疗的患者120例,根据门诊西药房药学服务模式的不同将其分成对照组和观察组.对照组中60例患者接受常规药学服务干预;观察组中60例患者接受全面药学服务干预.对比两组患者联合用药种类、持续用药时间、用药总费用、药学服务模式满意度、药物不良反应、不合理用药、纠纷事件发生率、用药遵医嘱情况.结果:观察组研究对象联合用药种类和用药总费用少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05);观察组持
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive pharmaceutical care intervention for outpatients receiving drug treatment.Methods 120 patients who received drug treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different modes of pharmaceutical service in outpatient western pharmacy.60 patients in the control group received routine pharmaceutical care intervention; 60 patients in the observation group received comprehensive pharmaceutical care intervention.The types of combined medication, the duration of medication, the total cost of medication, the satisfaction of pharmaceutical service mode, adverse drug reactions, irrational medication, the incidence of disputes, and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The types and total cost of combined drugs in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The duration of medication in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The satisfaction degree of pharmaceutical care mode in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions, irrational drug use and disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The medication compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive pharmaceutical care intervention can control the combined use of drugs, ensure the rational use of drugs, reduce adverse reactions, shorten the time of drug use, prevent disputes, and significantly improve the patient''s compliance and satisfaction.
