Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of bronchoscopic injection of acetylcysteine in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children. Methods: 90 children with lobar pneumonia admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the exploration objects.According to the different treatment schemes, the children were divided into the control group and the study group with 45 cases each. The control group was treated with routine symptomatic support treatment and bronchoscopic alveolar lavage. The children in the study group were treated with acetylcysteine injection under bronchoscope on the basis of the control group. Results: The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The time of fever, cough, lung rale resolution and WBC count recovery in the study group were significantly earlier than those in the control group, and the days of hospitalization were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05); The positive detection rate of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid smear was significantly higher than that of sputum culture (P<0.05), and the positive detection rate of mycoplasma antibody was significantly higher than that of sputum culture and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the study group (P>0.05).Conclusion: Bronchoscopic injection of acetylcysteine in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children can significantly improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment, accelerate the regression of clinical symptoms and signs, shorten the length of hospitalization, and has good safety.
