Objective To evaluate the efficacy of loratadine combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: With 100 allergic rhinitis patients admitted by our hospital in 2020, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and the value of different therapeutic drugs was analyzed. Results: The treatment effect scores of the observation and control groups were 0,1,2 and 3, respectively (P <0.05). Comparing symptom score data before and after treatment between pre-treatment (score) and post-treatment (score), there was no difference between pre-treatment data (P> 0.05) and data after treatment (P <0.05). Pre-and post-treatment IL-6, IL-10, and TNFdata were different between the observed and control groups (P <0.05). There was no difference in the adverse reaction data in the observed group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Loratadine combined with mometasone furoate can improve the treatment effect, improve the symptom score of patients, improve the inflammatory factors, and the probability of adverse reactions is relatively low, which has promotion value.
