Objective To investigate the effect of Wenxinfulu decoction combined with valsartan on improving symptoms of patients with hypertension and tachyarrhythmia.Methods 90 patients with hypertension and tachyarrhythmia admitted from August 2020 to August 2021 were randomly selected as the research object.They were divided into the control group and the test group according to the different treatment methods. Among them, 45 patients in the control group were treated with valsartan, and 45 patients in the test group were treated with Wenxinfulu decoction on the basis of the control group.The relevant indexes of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results The patients in the test group treated with Wenxinfulu Decoction and valsartan were significantly better than those in the control group in terms of clinical efficacy, arrhythmia efficacy, blood pressure improvement level and heart rate improvement level.The difference between the two groups was significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Wenxinfulu Decoction and valsartan can effectively improve the arrhythmia and heart rate level of patients with hypertension and tachyarrhythmia, and make the blood pressure level of patients more stable, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
